About me...

To me, emotions carry words with them and anytime I'm strongly moved, poems are formed within minutes — as they appear on the page. Sometimes I write from my own experiences, but I can just as easily write from the perspective of the person I was just reading about, or listening to. It has been said that a central theme in my poetry is longing — towards love, towards the self, towards understanding the human experience. Possibly all of the above...
